Yes. A 50% deposit may be taken for any treatment over £10 to secure your booking. Your appointment is confirmed once your deposit is received.
If you cancel 48 hours or more before your appointment, you’ll receive a full refund of your deposit.
If you cancel within 48 hours, 50% of your deposit may be kept.
Same-day cancellations and no-shows are non-refundable and a fee may be charged.
